热流道模具成功与否和注塑机本身有关系吗？

 

     热流道模具设计制作好后需要投入注塑机生产时，注塑机的选择也相当重要。注塑机的所有自动循环能力，要适用于热流道系统。在选择注塑机时有如下有关因素需 要考虑：
    1)热流道模具由于增加了热流道，多了块流道板，所以模具厚度相应增加，选择注塑机时要留意注塑机的安装高度。 
    2）注塑机的注塑体积计量时，要考虑到大容积流道中塑料的压缩性。
    3）对于热流道模具的折旧，提倡注塑机的连续操作，用多级启动来减少寻坏。 众多设备用来保证模具的自动操作，首选是机器人或简便可控的机械手，比如： 1)产品需要安放嵌件、标签或薄片等到模具中。 2)脱出塑料件 或加速它们顶出。 3)控制塑料件的移动和减少启动时间附件。 4)在启动注塑机前对模具进行加热。 5)减少上模具的时间，减 少冷却水管、气路、电路和热流道温控箱等的联接时间。
