一、温控箱使用前的确认事项:    

 

    温控箱在连接和使用前，必须确认以下事项，以确保避免因人为原因造成温

控箱的损坏和发生人身事故：

1、检查模具上的热电偶和温控卡上设定的热电偶类型是否一致，即“J”型或“K”型

    必须一致。

2、检查模具上热流道的接线方式和温控箱上的接线盒的接线方式是否一致，尤其

    是热电偶的正负极是否一致。

3、检查配备的电缆线是否适用于此温控箱，接线盒是否匹配，里面的电线和热电

    偶线是否匹配。

4、检查温控箱的输入电源线接线是否正确。

5、检查热流道加热器的电阻和绝缘性，然后检查热电偶是否短路或断路。

6、模具装到注塑机上后连接电缆。

7、检查温控箱的总电源开关和每一组的开关是否关闭，应该事先全部关闭，以避

    免一旦电源接错烧毁温控箱或热流道之热电偶。

8、检测温控箱所接输入电源是否适合温控箱，然后连接好电缆。

9、确保牢固连接好温控箱的接地线。

10、打开电源总开关。

11、打开单组开关：先打开一组，然后再一组组地逐渐打开，这样确保如果接错

      线的话，只是烧掉一组温控卡或一组热电偶。如果有异常声音或显示，请不

      要继续打开其他的温控卡，应立即检查各部分接线。

12、将每组设定到所需要的温度。

13、检查是否达到所需温度以及稳定性。

14、特别注意：在拔插温控卡时一定要先将温控箱电源关闭。
